Access to low earth orbit is improving thanks to an increasing number of launch providers and new technologies reducing the overall launch weight/ price ratio.
This creates attractive opportunities for space tourism (aka private space explorers), research, manufacturing, and a number of other use cases and services (e.g.: refueling, earth observation, space forces support, space dock and spacecraft repairs and upcycling, space entertainment, etc.).
Privately owned, commercially operated, low cost, and versatile space stations would provide an exceptional platform to benefit from said opportunities.
