What Changed and What Didn’t
If you’ve been using Recruitee to manage hiring, you might’ve noticed a new name popping up: Tellent. So what exactly happened?
In 2023, Recruitee joined forces with two other European HR tech companies, Sympa and Javelo, to create a new umbrella brand: Tellent. Think of it like a holding company or a product suite. Recruitee is still here; it’s just now “Recruitee by Tellent.”
Here’s what didn’t change:
- You still log in to the same Recruitee interface
- Your workflows, templates, and integrations are intact
- There’s no disruption to your hiring process
And here’s what did change:
- New branding (logos, UI updates, and language)
- A unified ecosystem with optional access to Sympa (HRIS) and Javelo (performance)
- A broader product roadmap for companies who want more than an ATS
What This Means for Existing Users
Recruitee now lives within the Tellent platform alongside tools for HR management (Sympa) and performance tracking (Javelo). But don’t worry, you only use what you need.
No Interruptions, Just a New Look
All your candidate pipelines, job boards, and hiring team permissions remain untouched. The new branding simply reflects that your ATS is now part of a bigger system.
How Nerd Werk Integrations Still Work Seamlessly
If you were posting STEM jobs via Recruitee and Nerd Werk before,: nothing changes. Your roles still auto-publish to Nerd Werk if the integration is enabled. You still get field-specific reach with zero extra steps.
The Future of Smart, Specialized Hiring
This rebrand isn’t just cosmetic. It’s about building a future-ready hiring stack that adapts to how modern companies actually operate; fast, cross-functional, and tech-savvy.
And as the need for specialized STEM talent grows, tools like Recruitee (with Nerd Werk distribution) are only becoming more essential.
So whether you call it Tellent, Recruitee, or “that platform that just works” the result is the same: smarter hiring with less hassle.
